Most questions already have an answer waiting. Our support forum covers plotting routes, choosing 3D models, real-route mapping, and export settings, and the Travel Animator hub walks through the same tasks step by step. If neither one solves it, email us — you will not be sent back to the docs.

Reporting a problem
Bug reports get resolved much faster when the first email already carries the details. Where you can, include:
- Your device and its OS version — an iPhone 15 on iOS 18, or a Pixel 8 on Android 15.
- The version of TravelAnimator you are running.
- What you were doing when it went wrong: plotting a route, previewing, or exporting.
- Whether it happens every time, plus a screen recording if you can capture one.
Billing, subscriptions, and refunds
TravelAnimator Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play, which means Apple and Google hold the payment details and are the only ones who can issue a refund — request one directly from whichever store you purchased through. We can still help with everything around it: restoring a purchase on a new device, a subscription the app is not recognizing, or working out which plan you are on.
TravelAnimator is built by Lascade, an app studio based in Sharjah with a team of 40+ building consumer mobile apps.
