Open a regional-trip update with an illustrative three-city route. Label each city with a short event name, then move into slides covering the actual meetings and outcomes. The animation explains the travel sequence; it does not establish attendance or provide an expense record.

Create your video in three steps
Outline the trip
Add the cities in travel order. Use a plane, train or car as appropriate for each leg. Keep client addresses and booking details out of a broadly shared overview unless they are needed and suitable for that audience.
Design for a presentation
Choose a readable map style and short labels. Keep the model small enough that it does not cover city names. Add only photos that help explain the purpose of the trip.
Export and add to your update
Preview in landscape format, export the video, and insert the saved file into your presentation or video editor. Test playback before presenting. Keep expenses, attendance and detailed outcomes in your usual business records.
Make the story easy to follow
Use the map as orientation
A short opening clip is often enough to explain the geography. Follow it with the decisions, results and next steps your audience needs from the trip.
Test the final presentation
The exported file and the presentation software are separate parts of the workflow. Check that the embedded video plays on the actual device and that labels remain readable from a distance.
Questions before you start
Can I add the video to a slide presentation?
Export and save the video, then use your presentation software’s video-insertion tools. Check the file requirements and playback in that software. Travel Animator creates the route clip, not the complete slide deck.
Does the app track expenses or employee travel?
No. This workflow is for creating a visual recap from destinations or route data you provide. It is not an expense-management system, attendance record or employee-tracking service.
